Business Management Targeted Evaluation Tasks (TET) - Units 3 and 4*

Our Business Management Targeted Evaluation Tasks (TET) are written by experienced VCE teachers, who are also VCE Exam Assessors. These tasks are available exclusively to schools and are available in electronic or hardcopy format. A variety of tasks are available for both Unit 3 and Unit 4.

Students are not permitted to order these tasks.

The Business Management Targeted Evaluation Tasks (TET) are offered to schools copyright free for the restricted use of students of that school only.

TSSM's Targeted Evaluation Tasks (TET) are designed to target the key assessment components of the Business Management Study Design. These tasks provide a valuable resource with which schools can assess the coursework requirements of Units 3 and 4 Business Management. All tasks are supplied with response guides.

Targeted Evaluation Tasks (TET) for Business Management have been prepared for both Units 3 and 4. The following packages are available to schools:

Unit 3 Package includes 5 tasks -

Outcome 1 for Area of Study 1 (One option, 2 tasks included):

1. Set of 2 structured questions on business foundations

Outcome 2 for Area of Study 2 (Two options included):

1. Test motivation theories and stratergies
2. Structured questions on managing employees

Outcome 3 for Area of Study 3 (One option included):

1. Test on operations management stratergies

Unit 4 Package includes 4 tasks -

Outcome 1 for Area of Study 1 (Two options, 3 tasks included):

1. Test on reviewing performance 
2. Set of 2 structured questions on the need for change

Outcome 2 for Area of Study 2 (One option included):

1. Case Study on implementing change

These tasks provide teachers with a degree of flexibility when setting assessment tasks for their students. While TSSM thoroughly checks the accuracy and relevance of these Targeted Evaluation Tasks (TET), prior to assessing students, it is the individual school's responsibility to ensure that these are an appropriate form of assessment.

*Unit 3 Targeted Evaluation Tasks (TET) will be released on February 6, 2025 and Unit 4 will be released on May 29, 2025. Orders made in advance are welcome.
